Two different casts will perform on September 20 and 21. Lucia’s party will be performed by one of the most in-demand Tatar opera singers, who sings in the world’s best theater – Metropoliten and La Scala – Albina Shagimuratova and Irina Gagite (Germany).
Igor Borko (the National Opera of Ukraine) and Tchingis Ayusheev (Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchgenko Theater) will perform the role of Edgaro; Yury Ivshin (Mikhailovsky Theater, St. Petersburg, M.Jalil Tatar Theater), Stanislav Trifonov (Bolshoy Theater of Bwlarus Respublic) – the role of Enriko; Sergei Kovnir (the National Opera of Ukraine), Vladimir Vasilyev (M.Jalil Tatar Theater) – Raimondo; Sergei Balashov (Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchgenko Theater), Sergei Boichenko (Moscow) – Arturo. Conductor is Renat Salavatov.
Albina Shagimuratova to perform Lucia’s party in “Lucia di Lammermoor”
Stars of the world opera stage will perform leading roles in the premiere opera by G. Donicetti “Lucia di Lammermoor”. This opera will open the 71st season at M.Jalil Tatar Academy State Theater of Opera and Ballet on September 20, 21.
